The anxiety underneath your productivity
When ambition is fuelled by avoidance, achievement starts to feel like relief instead of joy. A note on the difference.

Hi, I’m Ananya. MSc Clinical Psychology, RCI Registered focused on creating calm, clarity, and emotional resilience through thoughtful therapy sessions.
A practice rooted in compassion and evidence-based methods. I work with individuals and couple navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Sessions are collaborative, warm, and tailored to your journey.
Integrating CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches to create therapy that is safe and genuinely transformative.

Standard fees are listed on the booking page. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are reserved each year for clients in genuine financial difficulty — please ask if relevant.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session are free. Within 48 hours, the full fee applies — this protects the time held for you and the rhythm of the work.
